The Influence of Punching Treatment of Artificial Turf Base on the Establishment of Hybrid Sports Turf

人造草底布打孔处理对混合草运动场草坪建植质量的影响

Abstract: The base of conventional artificial turf is dense with poor water drainage. In order to successfully establish hybrid turf using natural turfgrass,it is necessary to punch holes on the base to solve the drainage problem. In this study,we punched holes with diameters of 5 mm,10 mm and 15 mm and with spacing of 2.5 cm,5 cm and 7.5 cm on the base of artificial turf. Saturated hydraulic conductivity of turf bed with 9 different punching treatments was tested. Common bermudagrass was seeded to establish the hybrid turf. The comprehensive evaluation of characteristics and qualities of the hybrid turf were carried out during the establishment of the hybrid turf. The results showed that drainage capacity of the turf bed with different punching treatments on artificial turf base was in normal range,the specification with hole diameter of 10 mm and hole spacing of 2.5 cm was the most suitable punching method for the growth of natural turf,which established the hybrid turf with the best quality according to the comprehensive evaluation method. At the end of the experiment,total density of the hybrid turf with this specification was 2.57 shoots·cm-2,the total coverage reached 100%,the uniformity was 5.83 point,the biomass of the natural turf was 7.36 g,and the comprehensive evaluation weighted score was 7.10 point.

摘要: 常规人造草坪的底布密实,排水很差,需要解决排水问题才能成功利用天然草坪草建植混合草坪。本研究对人造草坪采用孔径为5 mm,10 mm,15 mm,间距为2.5 cm,5 cm,7.5 cm,共9种不同规格的打孔处理组合,对其构建的坪床导水率进行测定,并通过播种普通狗牙根建植混合草坪,对建植过程中各处理组合的坪用性状及其质量进行比较与综合评价。结果表明,经打孔处理的人造草坪构建的坪床导水率处于正常范围。孔径为10 mm,打孔间距为2.5 cm规格的人造草坪底布打孔处理,最适合天然草的生长,建植的混合草坪质量综合评价结果最佳。试验结束时,其总密度达到2.63枝·cm-2,总盖度达到100%,均一性为5.83分,天然草生物量为7.36 g,综合评价加权均分为7.10分。
