贮藏年限对白三叶种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

Abstract: This study investigated the changes of seeds germination,seedling growth and physiological characteristics of white clover after different storage times to provide reference for germplasm conservation and field production of white clover. White clover seeds after 0~5 years of storage were selected to study the changes of germination characteristics,seedling growthseed,relative electrical conductivity,and antioxidant enzymes and respiratory key enzyme activities. The results showed that germination indexes and seedling growth of white clover increased first and then decreased with the increase of storage time,and reached peaks at 1 year. The relative electrical conductivity increased with the increase of storage time. The the activities of antioxidant enzymes and respiratory key enzymes decreased with the increase of storage time. According to membership function method,seeds stored for 0 and 1 year have higher seed value. The results will provide theoretical basis for the conservation and practical application of the germplasm resources of white clover strain.

摘要: 本研究探讨了白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)种子萌发、幼苗生长以及生理特性在不同贮藏年限下的变化情况,以期为白三叶种质资源保存和田间生产提供参考。试验以贮藏0~5a的白三叶种子为材料,研究其萌发特性、幼苗生长情况、相对电导率、抗氧化酶及呼吸关键酶活性的变化。结果表明:白三叶种子的萌发指标和幼苗生长指标整体上随贮藏年限的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,均在贮藏1a时达到最大值;随贮藏年限的增加,种子相对电导率逐渐上升,抗氧化酶和呼吸关键酶活性逐渐下降。采用隶属函数法进行综合分析可知,贮藏0,1a的种子其种用价值较高。本研究结果将为白三叶种质资源的保护及实际生产应用提供理论依据。
