Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effects of various pretreated corn straw-as a based total mixed rations (TMR) on the performance and rumen microbial flora structure of beef cattle. Twenty-eight Simmental crossbred steers (350.23±23.17 kg) were randomly assigned to four groups,each containing seven steers. The groups were fed TMR as the containing kneaded straw (JG group),the puffed straw (PH group),the straw yellow silage (HZ group),and the whole corn silage (QZ group) for a pretest period of 10 days followed by a positive test period of 56 days. The results showed that the average daily weight gain,dry matter intake,dry matter digestibility,acid detergent fiber digestibility,rumen propionic acid content,and relative abundance of Prevotella_1 of beef cattle in the QZ and HZ groups were significantly higher (P<0.05) than those in the JG and PH group. Additionally,the relative abundance of Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group was significantly lower (P<0.05) in the HZ and QZ groups compared to the JG and PH groups. Prevotella _1 showed a significant positive correlation with propionic acid (P<0.05),and Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group exhibited a significant positive correlation with acetic acid and A/P ratio (P<0.05). Thus,whole corn silage and bacteria-enzyme synergism yellow silage significantly improved the nutritional value and apparent digestibility of stover,effectively enhanced rumen fermentation and cellulose-degrading bacterial composition,and ultimately led to better productive performance in beef cattle.

摘要: 为探究不同预处理玉米秸秆型全混合日粮(TMR)对肉牛生产性能和菌群结构的影响,本研究选取28头(350.23±23.17)kg西门塔尔杂交公牛,随机分为4组,每组7头,分别饲喂含揉丝秸秆(Containing kneaded straw group,JG组)、膨化微贮秸秆(Puffed straw group,PH组)、菌酶协同秸秆黄贮(Straw yellow silage group,HZ组)和全株玉米青贮(Whole corn silage group,QZ组)的TMR,预试期10 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:较JG和PH组,QZ和HZ组肉牛的平均日增重、干物质采食量、干物质消化率、酸性洗涤纤维消化率、瘤胃丙酸含量和普雷沃氏菌属_1(Prevotella_1)相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05);而瘤胃球菌NK4A214群(Ruminococcaceae_NK4A214_group)的相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。普雷沃氏菌属_1与丙酸呈显著正相关(P<0.05),瘤胃球菌NK4A214群与乙酸和乙丙比(A/P)呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。因此,全株玉米青贮和菌酶协同玉米秸秆黄贮能显著提高秸秆的营养价值和表观消化率,有效改善瘤胃发酵和纤维素降解菌组成,提高肉牛的生产性能。
