不同矿化度咸水滴灌对盐地碱蓬的生产性能与品质的影响

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of drip irrigation with saline water of different salinity on the growth,feed quality,safety and total ash accumulation of Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall. A one-year field experiment was conducted,five aslt levels were set in the expreiment: 1.37 (CK),8.00 (S1),16.00 (S2),24.00 (S3),and 32.00 (S4) g·L-1,respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference in biomass between S1 treatment and CK.,while the biomass of S2,S3,and S4 treatments decreased by 12.57% to 54.31% compared with CK. The crude protein content of S1,S2,S3 and S4 treatments increased by 2.53 %,31.41 %,-19.76 % and -28.77 % respectively compared with CK. For neutral detergent fiber content,there was no significant difference between CK and S1 and S2 treatments,while S3 and S4 treatments decreased by 8.46% and 11.08% respectively. The acidic detergent fiber content of Suaeda salsa was not significantly affected by the salinity of irrigation water,and there was no significant difference among the treatments. The oxalate content of S2,S3 and S4 treatments was 1.45 to 2.34 times that of CK,while there was no significant difference between treatments CK and S1. The total ash accumulation amount of each treatment is as follows:S1>S2>CK>S3>S4. There is no significant difference between S1 and S2 treatments. However,the total ash accumulation amount of S1 is 6.90% to 95.83% higher than that of CK,S3 and S4 treatments. Therefore,this study showed that using 8 to 16 g·L-1 saltwater irrigation in southern Xinjiang could ensure the quality and safety of forage while slightly reducing yield,and provide reference for large-scale planting and promotion of Suaeda salsa.

摘要: 为了探究不同矿化度咸水滴灌对盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall.)的生长、饲料品质、安全性和总灰分积累量等指标的影响,进行为期一年的大田试验。实验分别设置5个盐分水平:1.37(CK),8.00(S1),16.00(S2),24.00(S3),32.00(S4) g·L-1。结果表明,S1处理的生物量与CK无明显差异,而S2,S3,S4较CK减少了12.57%~54.31%。S1,S2,S3,S4处理的粗蛋白含量较CK分别增加了2.53%,31.41%,-19.76%,-28.77%。CK的中性洗涤纤维含量与S1,S2无显著差异,而较S3和S4处理分别降低8.46%和11.08%。各处理间的酸性洗涤纤维含量无显著差异。S2,S3,S4处理的草酸盐含量是CK的1.45~2.34倍,而CK与S1无显著差异。各处理总灰分积累量大小为S1>S2>CK>S3>S4,S1和S2无显著差异,S1较CK,S3,S4处理高6.90%~95.83%。因此,本研究表明在南疆地区使用8~16 g·L-1的咸水灌溉可在轻微降产的情况下,确保饲草品质和安全性,为盐地碱蓬大面积种植推广提供参考依据。
