基于多元分析的野生赖草种质资源评价

Abstract: Leymus secalinus plays an important role in improving the ecological environment of the grassland in northern China, the construction of high-yield grassland, the improvement of grassland and the high-quality development of grassland animal husbandry. In this study, 70 wild L. secalinus germplasm resources were used as experimental materials. Based on 19 traits, the principal component analysis (PCA) method, the grey correlation analysis (GCA) method and the distance-based technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (DTOPSIS) method were used to comprehensively evaluate the genetic diversity of the germplasm resources of L. secalinus. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 19 trait indexes of 70 L. secalinus germplasm resources ranged from 0.71% to 97.20%, and the variation degree of stem traits was higher than that of leaves, and the variation degree of phenotypic traits was higher than that of quality traits. There was a significant correlation between the indexes of each trait, and eight phenotypic traits were significantly correlated with fiber content, and plant height and forageyield were significantly correlated with RFV (P<0.01). LS46 and LS69 performed well in all three different comprehensive evaluation methods. They can provide germplasm material basis for cultivating high-yield and high-quality forage.

摘要: 赖草(Leymus secalinus)在改善我国北方草原生态环境、高产草地建设、草地改良和草原畜牧业高质量发展等方面扮演着重要角色。本研究以70份野生赖草种质资源为试验材料,基于19个考察性状,采用主成分分析法、灰色关联度法和基于距离的逼近理想解排序法(Distance-based technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution ,DTOPSIS)进行了赖草种质资源遗传多样性的综合评价。结果表明:70份赖草种质资源19个考察性状指标的变异系数介于0.71%~97.20%之间,茎部性状的变异程度高于叶部,表型性状的变异程度高于品质性状;各性状指标间存在显著相关性,8个表型性状与纤维含量显著相关,株高、牧草产量与其相对饲喂价值极显著相关(P<0.01);LS46和LS69在3种不同的综合评价方法中均表现较为优异。本研究可为培育丰产、优质的牧草提供种质材料基础。
