褪黑素对荫蔽环境下燕麦生理生化特性的影响

Abstract: This experiment aimed to address the problem of growth inhibition of Avena sativa L. under shading and low light conditions between photovoltaic panels. Using ‘Kona’ oats and plant regulator melatonin (MT) as materials, treatments, including a normal light control (CK-Z), a shading stress control (CK-F), and treatments with 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 mg·L-1melatonin (MT) sprayed under shade a pot experiment were conducted. The growth and physiological indicators at 30 and 50 days after emergence were measured, and the regulatory effect was evaluated by correlation analysis and membership function. Compared with CK-Z, CK-F significantly reduced oat stem thickness, dry weight, and antioxidant enzyme activity, while increasing plant height, fresh weight, and MDA (Malondialdehyde) content (P<0.05); Spraying MT could improve its growth physiological indicators, with a significant positive correlation between stem thickness and fresh weight, dry weight, etc. (P<0.01), a positive correlation between SOD (Superoxide dismutase) and plant height (r=0.075, P<0.05), and a negative correlation between MDA and dry weight; The membership function indicated that the comprehensive evaluation value (D=0.89) was the highest when treated with 80 mg·L-1 MT for 50 days. Exogenous MT enhanced the antioxidant system and alleviated shade stress. The optimal combination of 80 mg·L-1 MT treatment for 50 days provided a solid theoretical basis for improving oat shade tolerance and grass cultivation in photovoltaic areas.

摘要: 本实验针对光伏板间荫蔽寡照的生长逆境抑制燕麦(Avena sativa L.)生长的问题,以‘科纳’(‘Kona’)燕麦和植物生长调节剂褪黑素(Melatonin,MT)为材料,通过盆栽试验设正常光照对照(CK-Z)、荫蔽胁迫对照(CK-F)及荫蔽下喷施20,40,60,80,100 mg·L-1褪黑素(MT)处理,测定出苗后 30 d、50 d 的生长与生理指标,结合相关性分析和隶属函数评价调控效果。与 CK-Z相比,CK-F显著降低燕麦茎粗、干重及抗氧化酶活性,增加株高、鲜重和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA) 含量(P<0.05);喷施MT可改善其生长生理指标,茎粗与鲜重、干重等显著正相关(P<0.01),超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase, SOD)活性与株高正相关(r=0.075,P<0.05),MDA与干重负相关;隶属函数表明80 mg·L-1MT处理50 d时综合评价值(D=0.89)最高。外源 MT 可增强抗氧化系统,从而缓解荫蔽胁迫,80 mg·L-1 MT 处理50 d为最优组合,本研究可为燕麦耐荫性改良及光伏区牧草栽培提供坚实的理论依据。
