接种产阿魏酸酯酶罗伊氏乳杆菌对苜蓿裹包青贮发酵、抗氧化及消化率的影响

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of inoculation with feruloyl esterase-producing lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus reuteri A4-2 on the fermentation quality, antioxidant status, and in vitro digestibility of baled alfalfa silage. Chopped fresh alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) at the early to full-blossom flowering stage was randomly divided into three groups: CON (without inoculant), YM13 (inoculated with non-feruloyl esterase-producing L. reuteri YM13), and A4-2 (inoculated with L. reuteri A4-2). Samples were collected after 20, 40, and 60 d of ensiling to determine fermentation characteristics, free ferulic acid content, antioxidant enzyme activities, chemical composition, and in vitro dry matter digestibility. Compared with the CON and YM13, inoculation with L. reuteri A4-2 significantly reduced pH but increased lactic and acetic acid contents (P<0.05). Both inoculating L. reuteri YM13 and L. reuteri A4-2 in silage showed a higher dry matter content and lower ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen than CON (P<0.05). Inoculation with L. reuteri A4-2 in alfalfa silage markedly enhanced the levels of free ferulic acid, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activities, and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (P<0.05) relative to CON and YM13 during ensiling. In addition, inoculation with L. reuteri A4-2 effectively decreased neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents, thereby improving in vitro DM digestibility compared with the other treatments (P<0.05). Overall, inoculation with L. reuteri A4-2 not only improved the fermentation quality of silage, but also enhanced the antioxidant capacity, reduced its fiber content, and improved its in vitro DM digestibility compared with the CON and YM13 groups, demonstrating significant application advantages.

摘要: 为探讨接种产阿魏酸酯酶的罗伊氏乳杆菌A4-2(Lactobacillus reuteri A4-2)对裹包苜蓿青贮饲料发酵品质、抗氧化性能及体外消化率的影响,本试验以切碎的初花期至盛花期紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为原料,随机分为3组进行裹包青贮:CON组(不接种乳酸菌)、YM13组(接种不产阿魏酸酯酶的L. reuteri YM13)和A4-2组(接种产阿魏酸酯酶的L.reuteri A4-2)。青贮至20,40和60 d时测定其发酵特性、游离阿魏酸含量、抗氧化酶活性、化学成分及体外干物质消化率。结果表明:与CON和YM13组相比,接种L. reuteri A4-2能显著降低青贮饲料的pH值并提高乳酸和乙酸含量(P<0.05)。接种L. reuteri YM13和L. reuteri A4-2均较CON提高了青贮饲料中干物质含量,并降低了氨态氮/总氮(P<0.05)。A4-2处理组的游离阿魏酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GPX)活性及总抗氧化能力(Total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)均显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。此外,接种L. reuteri A4-2显著降低了青贮饲料的中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)含量,并最终使其体外干物质消化率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。综上,接种L. reuteri A4-2不仅可改善裹包苜蓿青贮的发酵品质,而且相较于CON和YM13处理组,还能增强青贮饲料的抗氧化能力,降低纤维含量并提高消化率,具有显著的应用优势。
