Abstract: Forage variety is the critical basis of prataculture development in China.Development of forage breeding passing by more than half a century,made a great achievements and played an important role in sustainable development of prataculture.Through analyzing changes of social demand and factors of restricting fast development of forage breeding,the developing strategy of forage breeding was proposed.Establishing and improving administration system,technology system and support system as centre was put forward.The specific approaches and methods for realizing target were also discussed.

摘要： 草品种是草业发展的物质基础.我国草品种育种工作经过半个多世纪的发展,取得了显著的成就,在草业可持续发展中发挥了重要作用.通过对我国草品种的社会需求变化和制约育种工作快速发展因素的分析,提出了以建立和完善管理体系、技术体系和保障体系为核心的草品种育种发展方略,并探讨了实现方略目标的具体途径和方法.
