The Preliminary Effects of Ecological Restoration Measures in Degraded Alpine Meadows were Evaluated based on Grassland Revegetation Index

基于草地植被恢复指数的退化高寒草甸生态修复措施初步效果评价

Abstract: The degraded alpine meadows in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the research object. The plant communities near the apex of alpine meadows in the study area were selected to construct the Grassland Revegetation Index. The preliminary effects of seven commonly used restoration measures were evaluated, and the influence of different measures on the structure of degraded alpine meadows' plant communities was explored to provid technical support for the restoration of the degraded alpine meadows. The results demonstrated that the processes of sodding, replanting, and sodding+replanting resulted in positive correlations between aboveground biomass, species richness, and community cover of the plant community, which increased and decreased in a concurrent manner and promoted the succession of the plant community towards the dominant functional groups of Gramineae. The application of fertilisation and reseeding resulted in the most significant increase in the Grassland Revegetation Index (P<0.05), with a 105.56% improvement compared to the control (CK) treatment. The three measures of replanting, sodding+replanting and fertiliser+sodding+replanting not only demonstrated a significant increase (P<0.05) in the Grassland Revegetation Index in comparison to CK, but also resulted in a plant community structure that was dominated by graminaceous high-quality forages. The two measures of replanting and sodding+replanting were observed to reduce the proportion of poisonous grasses in the plant community, while increasing the proportion of graminoid high-quality forage grasses.

摘要: 以甘南藏族自治州退化高寒草甸为研究对象,选取研究区高寒草甸近顶极植物群落构建植被恢复指数,通过对常用的7种修复措施初步效果的评价,探究不同措施对退化高寒草甸植物群落结构的影响,为退化高寒草甸修复提供技术支撑。结果表明:划破草皮、补播和划破草皮+补播措施使植物群落地上生物量、物种丰富度、群落盖度三者呈现出正向关联性,同增同减且能促使植物群落向禾莎类优势功能群演替。施肥+补播最能显著提高草地植被恢复指数(P<0.05),相比CK提高105.56%。补播、划破草皮+补播和施肥+划破草皮+补播三项措施的草地植被恢复指数不仅显著高于CK(P<0.05),且植物群落结构以禾莎类优质牧草为主。其中,补播、划破草皮+补播两项措施在提高禾莎类优质牧草比例的同时,降低了毒害草在植物群落的占比。
