The Comparisons of Resist Drought and Cold on Several Cool-Season Grass in Beijing

冷季型草坪草耐旱及耐寒性比较

Abstract: To compare the drought and cold resistance of various coolseason grasses in Beijing, five different cultivars were treated with drought in summer and natural cold in winter. The coverage, electrolyte leakage, activities of SOD and POD,content of MDA and chlorophyll were evaluated. The results showed that the coverage of various cultivars displayed markedly differences after treated by drought in summer. These physiological indexes measured after growth in field in winter changed in rule. The drought resistance and cold resistance of tall fescue is strongest among the various cultivars in this paper, followed by that of bulegrass,ryegrass in declined order.

摘要: 对冷季型草坪草种在夏季进行缺水处理,在冬季在自然条件下,比较其耐旱及耐寒性。在观测期测定草坪盖度,冬季测电解质渗出率、超氧化物歧化酶,过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛、叶绿素含量及叶片含水量。结果表明,缺水处理后,供试品种间盖度表现各异。生理生化指标呈规律性变化。其耐旱及耐寒性依次为高羊茅>早熟禾>黑麦草。
