普那菊苣的核型分析和C-分带研究

Abstract: This paper reported study of the chromosome karyotype and C-banding analysis of Puna Chicory (Cichorium intybus L.). The resluts showed that the chromosome karyotype of Puna Chicory is 2n=2x=18=18m. The C-banding analysis was conducted with BSG method, which showed the C-banding karyotype as 2n=18=2CT+4CTI++1CT++1CTI++1CT+I+, and it’s viable to identify the pairs of chromosomes by those C-banding characters.

摘要: 通过根尖染色体常规制片分析,确定普那菊苣的染色体核型组成为:2n=2x=18=18m。利用BSG方法对其染色体进行C-分带研究,确认普那菊苣的标准C-分带为2n=18=2CT+4CTI++1CT++ICTI++ICT+I+;同时证实利用C-分带方法验证核型分析中染色体的配对是可行的。
