Abstract

Abstract: The chromosome karyotype of Russian wildrye grass is analyzed in detail in this paper and the process of its mitotic division is observed and recorded.Result:Karyotype fomula of Russian wildrye grass is:2_n=14=10_m(2SAT)+4_sm and the karyotype is the 2A type.

摘要： 研究新麦草的核型,观察其有丝分裂过程。结果表明,新麦草的核型公式为2_n=14=10_m(2SAT)+4_sm(SAT指随体),核型属2A型,染色体基数为7,属二倍体。
