Effects of Na2CO3 on Defensive Enzyme Activity of Puccinellia tenuiflora Seeds

Na2CO3对星星草种子保护酶活性的影响

Abstract: Under normal condition,POD and SOD activity increased gradually during the germination process of P.tenuiflora seeds and CAT activity increased rapidly after water was imbibed by these seeds until which increased to peak at 4th day then decreased slightly,but increased again at 8th day.Under the stress of Na2CO3,POD activity decreased significantly with the positive correlation with Na2CO3 concentration.POD and SOD activity increased gradually along the germinated process of P.tenuiflora seeds under lower Na2CO3 concentration.The changes of SOD activity were very little when salt concentration was higher than 3.0%.There was significant negative correlation between SOD activity and Na2CO3 concentration at 7th day when seeds germinated.

摘要: 星星草种子萌发时过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性逐渐增加,过氧化氢酶活性在吸涨后迅速增加,到第4d达到高峰,随后稳中略降,至第8d后又开始上升。在Na2CO3胁迫下,过氧化物酶活性降低,并与Na2CO3浓度呈显著负相关;在较低浓度时,过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性随着星星草种子萌发逐渐增加,浓度大于3.0%时,超氧化物歧化酶活性变化很小,在萌发第7d,超氧化物歧化酶活性与Na2CO3浓度呈极显著负相关关系。
