海滨雀稗耐逆性研究进展

Abstract:

As the most salt-tolerant warm-season turfgrass,Seashore paspalum has the advantages of strong salt resistance,good landscape effect and tolerance to extensive management. Its application prospects are very broad. It has been widely used in the construction of golf courses,football fields and landscape green spaces. It has great application potential in the improvement of phytoremediation in saline-alkali land. Seashore Paspalum has strong salt tolerance,but there are great differences in salt tolerance among different varieties. Most researches on salt tolerance mechanism have been focused on the effects of salt stress on morphology,ion absorption,osmotic adjustment and photosynthesis,while few studies were found about the impacts of the key salt-tolerant genes of seashore paspalum on its salt tolerance regulation. The drought tolerance and cold tolerance of seashore paspalum were relatively low,and large differences could be found among different varieties,which seriously restricted the promotion and application of seashore paspalum in the arid saline-alkali region of northern China. In this paper,we reviewed the researches on the stress resistance evaluation and resistance mechanism of seashore paspalum. This paper aimed to provide reference for the research on the resistance mechanism of seashore paspalum and the breeding of new resistant varieties,in order to provide theoretical basis and gene source for the study of salt tolerance of crops.

摘要:

海滨雀稗(Paspalums vaginatium)作为最耐盐的暖季型草坪草,具有耐盐性强、景观效果佳、耐粗放管理等优点,被广泛应用于高尔夫球场、足球场和景观绿地的建植中,在盐碱地的植物修复改良中具有巨大的应用潜力。海滨雀稗的耐盐性极强,但品种间的耐盐性存在较大差异。在耐盐机理研究方面,主要集中于盐胁迫下的形态学、离子吸收、渗透调节和光合作用影响等方面,对关键耐盐基因在耐盐调控中的研究较少。海滨雀稗的耐寒性和耐旱性相对较差,且不同品种间存在较大差异,这严重限制了海滨雀稗在我国北方干旱盐碱地区的推广应用。本文就海滨雀稗的耐逆性评价及耐逆机理等方面的研究进行综述,旨在为海滨雀稗耐逆机理研究和耐逆新品种选育工作提供借鉴,以期为农作物的耐盐性研究提供理论基础和基因来源。
