不同氮素水平及施氮方式对老芒麦根际土壤特性的影响

Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels and Nitrogen Application Methods on Rhizosphere Soil Characteristics of Elymus sibiricus L.

摘要: 为探究施氮方式和氮素水平对老芒麦根际土壤特性的交互作用,为老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus L.)人工草地建植技术提供理论依据,本文以不同生长年限(4年生和5年生)老芒麦为研究对象,采用不同的施氮方式(Y4:第4年施氮、Y4-5:第4年施氮后第5年追施、Y5:第5年施氮),研究不同氮素水平(0,45,60,75,90和105 kg·hm-2)对老芒麦根际土壤特性的影响。结果表明:Y4施氮方式下,60 kg·hm-2氮素水平时,根际土壤有效钾、速效磷含量以及蔗糖酶活性较对照均显著提高(P<0.05),分别提高了75.3%,119.2%和90.5%;Y4-5施氮方式下,75 kg·hm-2氮素水平时,根际土壤有机质含量较对照提高了80.2%;Y5施氮方式下,60 kg·hm-2氮素水平时,根际土壤碱性磷酸酶活性较对照提高了57.3%。施氮方式、氮素水平及其交互作用对老芒麦根际土壤特性会产生极显著影响(P<0.01),施氮可以改善老芒麦根际土壤环境及提高土壤养分,第4年施氮后第5年追施75 kg·hm-2氮素时对根际土壤的改善最佳。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the interaction of nitrogen application methods and nitrogen levels on the rhizosphere soil characteristics of Elymus Sibiricus L. and to provide theoretical basis for the establishment technology of Elymus Sibiricus L. artificial grassland. In this study,Elymus Sibiricus L. with different growth years (4 and 5 years) was used as the research object. The effects of different nitrogen levels (0,45,60,75,90 and 105 kg·hm-2) on the rhizosphere soil characteristics of Elymus Sibiricus L. were studied with different nitrogen application methods (Y4:the fourth year of nitrogen,Y4-5:the fifth year after nitrogen application,and Y5:the fifth year). The results showed that the contents of available potassium and available phosphorus and invertase activity were significantly increased by 75.3%,119.2% and 90.5% respectively under Y4-5 nitrogen application at 60 kg·hm-2 nitrogen level at the 0.05 level,and organic matter content was increased by 80.2% at 75 kg·hm-2 nitrogen level and 60.2% under Y5 nitrogen application mode. At the nitrogen level of 60 kg·hm-2,the alkaline phosphatase activity increased by 57.3% compared with the control. Nitrogen application methods,nitrogen levels and their interaction had significant effects on the rhizosphere soil properties of Elymus Sibiricus L. at the 0.01 level. Nitrogen application could improve the rhizosphere soil environment and improve soil nutrients. The best improvement was achieved when 75 kg·hm-2 nitrogen was applied in the fourth year and 75 kg·hm-2 in the fifth year.
