Bar基因转化草原1号苜蓿的研究

摘要: 利用农杆菌介导法将抗草丁膦的Bar基因导入草原1号苜蓿,经叶片筛选试验证实转基因植株对除草剂Basta具有抗性,通过多聚白酶连式反映检测,初步证实目的基因已转入到苜蓿基因组中.

Abstract: Bar gene coding Glufosinate resistance is transformed into the alfalfa variety, Caoyuan No.1, mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The leaves of transgenic plants after being screened and tested are proved to be resistant to Glufosinate. Furthermore, PCR analysis shows that bar gene has been transformed into Alfalfa.
