Improvement of the Grassland Early Pest Warning System

摘要: 鼠虫害的爆发是导致草原沙化、荒漠化的重要因素之一,减少灾情需要有高度精准的预警系统作为科学治理鼠虫害的保证.提高预测的精准程度不仅可以保证治理效率,而且能够降低治理成本、减少环境污染.本文分析了草原鼠虫害测报中的问题,提出了4点改进意见:1,明确测报站的体制及具体业务;2,培养能够适应测报需要的专业化队伍;3,改善测报设备,加快网络化建设;4,建立健全必要的管理制度和技术标准.

Abstract: The outbreak of a rodent and insect pest is a severe cause leading to grassland desertification. Obviation of the disaster needs an early warning system to ensure a scientific combat against the rodents and insects. The forecast precision can not only raise the combat efficiency, but also reduce the cost and prevent environmental pollution. The present paper analyzes the problems in the forecast system in China’s grassland. Four suggestions and offered: 1. Institute the organization system of the forecast station. 2. Train professionals to meet the standard specialization. 3. Improve the equipments and accelerate the internet construction. And 4. Strengthen the station administration and establish a technical standard.
