4种苜蓿属植物幼苗的抗旱性研究

Study on drought resistance of 4 Medicago L.varieties

摘要: 本文研究了4种苜蓿属(Medicago)植物:2个俄罗斯的黄花苜蓿品种(M. falcata L. cv. Daviluya;M. falcata L. cv. Culuskaya)和采自我国内蒙古锡林郭勒盟的野生黄花苜蓿(M. falcata L.),公农I号紫花苜蓿(M. sativa L. cv. GongNongⅠ)的幼苗在3个土壤水分梯度下(对照(CK)、中度干旱(M)、重度干旱(S))对干旱胁迫的响应,比较其抗旱性,为我国优良苜蓿品种的选育奠定基础。结果表明:随着胁迫强度的增加,幼苗的株高、根长、分枝、根颈直径、叶面积和生物量显著下降,相对叶面积、茎叶比显著升高;叶片脯氨酸含量和电解质外渗率显著升高,光合作用显著下降。将胁迫指数用SPSS进行聚类分析显示:GongNongⅠ和Daviluya各自为一类,Culuskaya和野生黄花苜蓿聚为一类。对抗旱指标进行综合评价可知:Culuskaya抗旱能力较强,适宜在干旱、半干旱地区种植。

Abstract: Seedlings of 2 cultivars of Medicago falcata from Russia(Daviluya and Culuskaya),1 wild seedlings of M.falcata and a cultivar of Medicago sativa(GongnongⅠ) of China were grown in one of three soil water contents(CK,16%;M,9%;S,6%) to compare their drought resistance under soil water stress.With the increment of drought stress,plant height,root length,crown buds,root crown diameter,leaf area and biomass significantly decreased.Relative leaf area and stem/ leaf ratio significantly increased.Proline content in leaf and electrolyte permeation significantly increased and photosynthesis decreased significantly.C1uster analysis for drought index using SPSS software showed that GongNongⅠ and Daviluya was one group respectively,Culuskaya and wild M.falcata was another group.Considering the aspects of drought resistance data,Culuskaya displayed superior characteristics under drought stress which was suitable for growing in dry and semidry regions.
