Influence of Ageing on Genetic Integrity of Trigonella ruthenica L.

摘要: 采用AFLP分子标记对经过人工老化处理的不同发芽率水平的扁蓿豆(Trigonella ruthenica L.)种质(00-408)进行分析,以探索人工老化在分子水平上对扁蓿豆种质遗传完整性的影响。结果表明:老化处理群体的多态位点百分比、有效等位基因数、遗传多样性指数和Shannon指数均低于对照群体(P>0.05)。因此,人工老化处理使扁蓿豆种质的遗传多样性水平有所下降,但对其遗传完整性没有显著影响,由此表明扁蓿豆种质的耐贮性较强。

Abstract: Artificially aged Trigonella ruthenica L.germplasm 00-408 with different germination rates was analyzed by AFLP molecular markers to explore the influence of artificial aging on the genetic integrity of Trigonella ruthenica L.germplasm at molecular levels.Results showed that the percentage of polymorphic loci(PPB),effective number of alleles(Ne),Nei’s gene diversity index(H),Shannon’s information index(I) of aging treatments were lower than that of control,but there was no significant difference base on analysis of variance.This indicated that artificial aging caused declining genetic diversity but did not significantly affect the genetic integrity of Trigonella ruthenica L.germplasm.Therefore,Trigonella ruthenica L.germplasm has a high storability.
