呼伦贝尔地区野生山野豌豆种子硬实破除方法研究

Methods to Break Hard Seed of Wild Vicia amoena in Hulunbeier

摘要:

以呼伦贝尔采集的野生山野豌豆(Vicia amoena)种子为材料,通过室内及田间试验研究其种子萌发状况,寻找破除种子硬实的有效方法。结果表明:在各种破除种子硬实的方法中,擦破种皮及浓硫酸浸泡种子效果最为明显,擦破种皮处理的发芽率和发芽势分别为98.67%和98.00%;浓硫酸不同浸泡时间产生的效果存在差异,其中以浸泡30min效果最为明显,发芽率和发芽势均为99.33%,浸泡5~30min时随着时间的增加发芽率呈逐步增加的趋势,浸泡60min的处理,发芽率和发芽势均为97.33%,与浸泡30min处理相比呈下降趋势;而不同温度水浴、40%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡不同时间对发芽及出苗效果均不明显。

Abstract:

Wild Vicia amoena collected in Hulunbeier was used as the experimental material of hard seed to study germination and emergence in the laboratory and field and the effective methods were found for breaking hard seed. The results showed that both concentrated sulfuric acid soaking treatment and mechanic treatment had significant effects on seed germination. The germination rate and germination energy of the mechanic treatment were respectively 98.67% and 98.00%. The effect of concentrated sulfuric acid soaking treatment differed from different soak times. Both germination rate and germination energy were 99.33% when the seeds were soaked for 30 min. The germination rate gradually increased from 5 to 30 min soak times. The germination rate and germination energy were both 97.33% when the seeds were soaked for 60 min. The hot water treatment and 40% sodium hydroxide soaking treatment had no obvious effect on the germination rate and germination energy.
