添加糖蜜、乳酸菌制剂对籽粒苋与稻秸混合青贮品质的影响

Effect of Adding Molasses or Lactic Acid Bacteria on Quality of Mixed Silage of Amaranth and Rice Straws

摘要: 为探讨添加糖蜜、乳酸菌对籽粒苋(Amaranthus hypochondriacus)与稻秸混合青贮品质的影响,以新鲜全株籽粒苋和稻秸为青贮原料,按3:2质量比充分混匀,分别添加糖蜜(M)、乳酸菌制剂(LAB)、乳酸菌+糖蜜(LAB+M),未添加为对照组(CK);青贮1,3,5,7,30 d后开包取样,测定发酵品质、营养品质及开包后的有氧稳定性。结果表明,籽粒苋与稻秸混合青贮感官评价优,pH值、氨态氮/总氮等指标达到优质青贮标准;添加糖蜜、乳酸菌及乳酸菌+糖蜜可显著降低pH值和乙酸含量(P<0.05),减少干物质损失,并显著增加乳酸和粗蛋白的含量(P<0.05);与单一乳酸菌处理组相比,添加糖蜜及乳酸菌+糖蜜显著增加了青贮后的可溶性碳水化合物、粗蛋白质和乳酸含量(P<0.05),显著降低了pH值、中性洗涤纤维和乙酸含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,单独添加糖蜜或乳酸菌均可一定程度上改善青贮品质及有氧稳定性。

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of adding molasses and lactic acid bacteria on the quality of mixed silage of Amaranthus hypochondriacus and rice straw,fresh whole A. hypochondriacus and rice straw were used as silage raw materials,fully blended according to a mass ratio of 3:2,and designed 4 treatments as following:molasses (M),lactic acid bacteria (LAB),lactic acid bacteria + molasses (LAB+M) and the control (CK). After 1,3,5,7 and 30 days of silage,the fermentation quality,nutrient quality and the aerobic stability were measured. The results showed that the sensory evaluation of mixed silage was excellent,pH value and NH3-N/TN of mixed silage reached the standard for high-quality silage. Adding molasses,lactic acid bacteria and LAB+ molasses could significantly reduce the pH value and NH3-N/TN (P<0.05),reduce the dry matter loss,and significantly increase the content of lactic acid and crude protein (P<0.05). Compared with the single LAB adding treatment,the addition of molasses and LAB + molasses significantly increased the content of soluble carbohydrates,CP and lactic acid (P<0.05),and significantly decreased the pH value,NDF and acetic acid content (P<0.05). In conclusion,adding molasses and lactic acid bacteria alone can improve the silage quality and aerobic stability in certain degree.
