AMF与坪床基质对“兰引3号”结缕草草坪磷元素有效性及其流失的影响

Effect of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Potting Media on Phosphorus of Zoysia japonica ‘Lanyin No. 3’ Turf

摘要: 本文通过盆栽试验,采用3种不同土砂体积配比(分别为6:4土砂比基质、4:6土砂比基质、2:8土砂比基质)的基质作为研究坪床,并在三种坪床基质中设置接种摩西管柄囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae,Gm组)、根内球囊霉(Rhizophagus intraradices,Ri组)和不接种(CK组)处理,主要探讨基质+AMF(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi)对"兰引3号"结缕草草坪磷元素效应。结果发现:AMF与基质有效磷(F=5.641,P < 0.01)、植物地上部磷(F=4.191,P < 0.01)以及渗滤液中磷酸盐(F=7.355,P < 0.01)指标存在着显著的交互效应。基质中砂比例越低,AMF的作用越不明显,但在2:8土砂比基质中,接种Gm或Ri的基质中有效磷的总量分别是CK组的1.71和1.76倍,而且渗滤液中磷酸盐离子的总量是CK组的0.65和0.59倍。结果表明,AMF在一定程度能够通过增加基质中有效磷含量并减少渗沥液中的磷,从而抑制磷元素的流失。

Abstract: Three different soil:sand ratio (2:8,4:6,6:4) growth media and three inoculation treatments,inoculated with AMF (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi) Funneliformis mosseae (Gm),Rhizophagus intraradices (Ri) or non-inoculated (CK) were used in this experiment. The results showed that there was a significant interaction between AMF and the available phosphorus in the substrate (F=4.191,P<0.01),the shoot phosphorus (F=4.191,P <0.01) and the phosphate in the leachate (F=7.355,P<0.01). Under 2:8 soilsand ratio condition,available phosphorus in the substrate of Gm and Ri were 1.71 and 1.76 times of CK treatment,respectively;and phosphate content in the leachate of Gm and Ri were 0.65 and 0.59 times of CK,respectively. The results showed that at a certain extent,AMF could alleviate the loss of phosphorus by increasing the available phosphorus content in the potting media and reducing the losses of phosphorus in the leachate.
