外源生长物质对干旱胁迫条件下甜高粱种子萌发的影响

Effects of Exogenous Growth Substances on Seed Germination of Sweet Sorghum under Drought Stress

摘要: 为筛选促进甜高粱种子萌发的最佳外源生长物质及浓度配比,本研究分别以不同浓度(0~1.0 mmol·L-1)的褪黑素(melatonin,MT)、水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)、5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐(5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride,5-ALA)、α-萘乙酸(1-naphthalene acetic acid,NAA)、赤霉素(gibberellin,GA3)、2,4-表油菜素内酯(epibrassinolide,EBR)和胺鲜酯(diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate,DA-6)引发处理甜高粱种子2 h,探究它们对干旱胁迫(10% PEG-6000模拟)下种子萌发的影响。结果表明:生长物质、浓度均显著影响干旱胁迫下甜高粱种子吸水量、萌发指标及幼苗生长;聚类分析可将生长物质及浓度配比分为5种类型,其中分布于第4类的NAA,5-ALA,DA-6,EBR和GA3对甜高粱种子萌发的抗旱效应影响不明显,但经MT(0.25和0.5 mmol·L-1)和SA(0.125 mmol·L-1)引发可有效促进干旱胁迫下种子萌发,MT浓度为0.5 mmol·L-1时效果最佳。在芽苗期,通过模拟干旱胁迫筛选促进种子萌发的外源生长物质是一种快速、有效的方法,具有一定的可行性。

Abstract: The optimal exogenous growth substance and concentration ratio was screened for promoting the sweet sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] seeds germination in this study. The effects of seed germination in response to drought stress (10% PEG-6000 simulation) were investigated through seeds priming treatments,which were composed of seven exogenous growth substances at gradient concentration (0~1.0 mmol·L-1) for 2 h,including melatonin (MT),salicylic acid (SA),5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride (5-ALA),α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA),gibberellin (GA3),2,4-epibrassinolide (EBR) and diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DA-6) respectively. The results showed that: The growth substances and concentrations significantly affected the water absorption,seed germination and seedling growth,when the sweet sorghum seeds were treated with drought stress; The growth substances and the proportion concentration can be classified into 5 types,among which the seeds priming with the 4 types (NAA,5-ALA,DA-6,EBR and GA3) had no obvious effect on the drought resistance during seed germination. However,MT and SA improved the seed germination under drought stress,and the best one was the MT with 0.5 mmol·L-1. At the seedling stage,it is a fast and effective method to screen the exogenous growth substances by simulating drought stress,and this approach is feasible to some extent.
