添加辣木叶和香肠乳杆菌对玉米秸秆青贮品质的影响

Effect of Adding Moringa Oleifera Leaves and Lactobacillus farciminis on Quality of Corn Stover Silage

摘要: 本研究选用从辣木叶(Moringa Oleifera,M)青贮中分离并鉴定出的香肠乳杆菌(Lactobacillus farciminis,LF),将其加入到辣木叶与玉米(Zea mays)秸秆青贮中,探究添加辣木叶和香肠乳杆菌对玉米秸秆青贮品质及其有氧稳定性的影响。本试验采用双因素(M×LF)完全随机设计,共6个试验组,分别为CK,20%M,40%M,CK+LF,20%M+LF和40%M+LF,在青贮第60 d时开袋取样进行相关指标测定。结果表明,添加辣木叶可显著降低pH值、降低氨态氮、乙酸、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的含量(P<0.05);显著增加粗蛋白质和乳酸含量(P<0.05);添加LF可以减少酵母菌和大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05);添加辣木叶使玉米秸秆青贮的有氧稳定性下降,但添加LF可明显改善有氧稳定性。辣木叶粗蛋白质含量丰富,与玉米秸秆混合青贮可提升营养价值,改善青贮品质,配合LF青贮能得到更好的有氧稳定性。

Abstract: To investigate the effect of adding Moringa oleifera leaves (M) and lactic acid bacteria on the quality and aerobic stability of corn stover silage. Lactobacillus farciminis (LF) was select and identified from M.oleifera leaves silage. Ensiling different proportion of M mixed with corn stover with or without LF,a two-factor (M×LF) factorial design was completely randomized and after 60 days the silages were opened to determine and analysis the quality and aerobic stability, the 6 treatments were CK,20%M,40%M,CK+LF,20%M+LF and 40%M+LF. The results showed that adding M along could significantly decrease pH,the contents of NH4+-N,acetic acid,NDF and ADF,while increased the contents of crude protein and lactic acid. Adding M could decreased aerobic stability of corn stover silage,but the combination with LF could improve it. M contain high proportion of proteins,and could improved the nutrition and quality of corn stover silage. Ensiling with LF could improve the aerobic stability of corn stover silage mixed with M.
