外源赤霉素GA3施加对紫花苜蓿-根瘤菌共生体系的影响

The Effects of Exogenous Gibberellin (GA3) on the Symbiotic System of Alfalfa Rhizobium

摘要: 为探究不同浓度的外源赤霉素添加对苜蓿(Medicago sativa)-根瘤菌共生体系结瘤过程的影响及其作用机制,本试验在室内控制条件下,外源施加不同浓度的赤霉素,观察其对苜蓿根瘤数、干鲜重、根茎长、苜蓿-根瘤菌共生结瘤过程中根瘤原基、根毛卷曲、类黄酮物质分泌的影响。结果显示:10-9mol·L-1的赤霉素可以促进nod基因的表达,引起植株根系黄酮类物质的分泌量增加,诱导形成更多且活性更强的根瘤原基,促进根瘤的形成。10-5mol·L-1赤霉素抑制根毛卷曲过程,从而减少根瘤数。因此,在紫花苜蓿结瘤过程中可适当添加外源赤霉素以提高结瘤效果,促进作物生长。

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of different concentrations of exogenous gibberellin on the nodulation process of alfalfa-rhizobium and its mechanism of action,different concentrations of exogenous gibberellin were applied to the symbiosis of alfalfa-rhizobium to explore the effect on nodule number,dry and fresh weight,rhizome length,nodule primordium,root hair curling,and flavonoid secretion in the process of nodulation. The main results were as follows: 10-9mol·L-1 GA3 increased the expression of nod gene on rhizobia,which led to the increase of the amount of flavonoids in plant roots and the formation of active nodules,and promoted the number of nodule. 10-5mol·L-1GA3 inhibited the root hair curl process,and reduced the number of nodules. Therefore,appropriate addition of exogenous gibberellin during the nodulation process of alfalfa could improve the nodulation effect and promote crop growth.
