AM真菌对高寒草地2种禾本科牧草的接种效果研究

Inoculation Effect of AM Fungi on Two Species of Gramineous Herbage in Alpine Grassland

摘要: 为探究丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌对高寒草地多年生禾本科牧草的接种效应,本研究测定了根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices,GI)和摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae,GM)2种AM真菌在室内和大田环境下对‘川草2号’老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus'Chuancao No.2’)和‘阿坝’垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans'Aba’)生长的影响。结果表明:接种GM能显著增加‘阿坝’垂穗披碱草的地上生物量和‘川草2号’老芒麦的地下生物量(P < 0.05)。然而,在大田中接种GI和GM 3个月后,2种多年生禾本科牧草的叶片数和节数等与不接种AM真菌的对照(CK)相比无显著差异,但菌根侵染率显著高于CK。施有机肥显著提高GI和GM对2种多年生禾本科牧草的菌根侵染率。综上所述,接种AM真菌可能会促进高寒草地多年生禾本科牧草的生长,但短期内促生效果不显著。

Abstract: To explore the inoculation effect on perennial gramineous herbage of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in alpine grassland,this study measured the effect of Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae on the growth of Elymus sibiricus 'Chuancao No.2' and Elymus nutans 'Aba' in potted and field environments. Results showed that the aboveground biomass of Elymus nutans 'Aba' and the underground biomass of Elymus sibiricus 'Chuancao No.2' were significantly higher than that of CK which was not inoculated with AM fungi. However,after three months of inoculation with GI and GM in the field,the number of leaves and nodes of the two perennial grasses showed no significant difference compared with the CK,but the mycorrhizal infection rate of treatments inoculated with AM fungi was significantly higher than that of CK. The application of organic fertilizer significantly increased the mycorrhizal infection rate of GI and GM on the two perennial gramineae herbage. In conclusion,the growth of perennial gramineous herbage in alpine grassland could be promoted by AM fungi,but the effect is not significant in the short term.
