粮饲兼用型小麦种质资源筛选与评价

摘要: 为筛选出适宜在陕西关中地区种植的粮饲兼用型小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)种质资源,本研究采用盆栽种植方式,在大田气候条件下,以春化发育特性、田间农艺性状、饲草产量、再生能力以及籽粒产量等为指标,对300份小麦种质资源的粮饲兼用特性进行筛选与评价。结果表明,'大地532’、'隆麦855’、'黎丰6号’、'WM353’、'普冰326’、'永顺188’、'XN719’、'XN911’共8个小麦种质资源的冬季饲草产量和籽粒产量较高、再生能力较强及综合表现较好,适宜作为粮饲兼用型小麦种质资源进行育种和生产利用。本研究可为陕西关中地区及类似生态区的粮饲兼用型小麦育种和生产应用提供物质基础。

Abstract: In order to screen out the dual-purpose wheat germplasm resources suitable for cultivation in Guanzhong area of Shanxi Province,in this study pot cultivation was adopted to screen and evaluate the dual-purpose characteristics of 300 wheat germplasm resources under field climate conditions,such as vernalization development characteristics,field agronomic traits,forage yield,regeneration ability and grain yield as indexes. The results showed that eight wheat germplasm resources,including 'Dadi532','Longmai855','Lifeng6','WM353','Pubing326','Yongshun188','XN719' and 'XN911',had relatively higher forage and grain yield,stronger regeneration ability and better comprehensive performance. They were suitable for breeding and production as wheat germplasm resources for dual-purpose. This study can provide both a theoretical basis and germplasm resources for the breeding and production application of dual-purpose wheat in Guanzhong region of Shanxi Province and the similar type of ecological region.
