硒引发对不同品种紫花苜蓿种子抗氧化特性的影响

Influence of Selenium Priming on the Antioxidant Characteristics in Different Varieties of Alfalfa Seeds

摘要: 为探讨外源硒引发对不同品种紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)种子抗氧化能力的影响,试验采用浓度为0.5 mmol·L-1的亚硒酸钠溶液对12个品种的紫花苜蓿种子进行了0(CK),3,6,9和12 h的引发处理后,分析了其丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽还原酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:12个品种的紫花苜蓿种子抗氧化能力对外源硒引发的响应存在明显差异,大多数品种的紫花苜蓿种子在短时间(3~6 h)硒引发下仍保持较高的抗氧化能力,而仅有'偏关苜蓿’种子的抗氧化能力在长时间(12 h)硒引发时仍显著高于CK(P<0.05),其他品种紫花苜蓿种子的抗氧化能力则均显著低于CK(P<0.05)。从抗氧化能力变化来看,12个紫花苜蓿品种中以'偏关苜蓿’最适宜采用引发技术进行富硒草产品生产,而'WL343HQ’,'WL363HQ’,'WL656HQ’,'WL319HQ’和'WL903HQ’紫花苜蓿品种则不适宜。

Abstract: To explore the influence of exogenous selenium on the antioxidant ability of different cultivar alfalfa (Medicago sativa) seed,seeds of 12 alfalfa cultivars were primed with sodium selenite solution for 0 (control),3,6,9 and 12 h with 0.5 mmol·L-1,then malondialdehyde content,the activity of superoxide dismutase,catalase,ascorbic acid peroxidase and glutathione reductase were analyzed. The results indicated that the antioxidant ability of seed was obviously different in response to priming with exogenous selenium in the 12 varieties of alfalfa seed. After selenium priming a short time (3~6 h),most varieties of alfalfa seed could maintain a high level of antioxidant ability. However,after selenium priming a long time (12 h),the antioxidant ability of alfalfa 'Pianguan' was still significantly higher than control (P<0.05),while other varieties of alfalfa seeds were significantly lower than control (P<0.05). In the terms changes in their antioxidant ability,alfalfa 'Pianguan' was the most suitable to use the technology of seed priming in producing selenium-rich products,but the alfalfa varieties of 'WL343HQ','WL363HQ','WL656HQ','WL319HQ' and 'WL903HQ' were not unsuitable.
