半灌木扩张草原生长季内土壤氮矿化特征及其影响因素

摘要: 半灌木扩张可影响生态系统的结构和功能。为探究半灌木扩张草原生长季内土壤氮矿化特征及其影响因素,本研究以宁夏云雾山不同半灌木(白莲蒿Artemisia sacrorum)扩张强度天然草原为研究对象,采用顶盖埋管法测定了生长季前、后的土壤氮硝化速率、铵化速率和净矿化速率,分析了其与物种多样性、地上生物量和土壤环境因子的关系。结果表明:半灌木扩张草原土壤氮矿化主要以硝化过程为主,且矿化和固持速率均随扩张强度的增大呈先增加后降低的趋势;半灌木扩张通过影响物种多样性和地上生物量间接影响土壤氮矿化速率;生长季内土壤水分和温度的增加对氮矿化速率有显著抑制作用。综上,宁夏云雾山典型草原半灌木扩张强度和生长季内土壤水分和温度的变化共同驱动土壤氮矿化过程。

Abstract: Subshrub expansion can significantly change the structure,function and process of the ecosystem. In order to explore the characteristics of soil nitrogen mineralization and its influencing factors before and after the growing season of subshrub expansion grassland,this study took the natural grassland with different subshrub(Artemisia sacrorum) expansion intensity in Yunwu Mountain in Ningxia as the research object,and used the in-situ buried pipe culture method to determine the soil nitrogen nitrification rate,ammonium rate and net mineralization rate before and after the growing season,and analyzed its relationship with species diversity and aboveground biomass and soil environment. The results showed that main soil nitrogen mineralization in subshrub expanded grassland was nitrification,and the mineralization and fixation rates increased at first and then decreased with the increase of expansion intensity. Subshrub expansion indirectly affected the rate of soil nitrogen mineralization by affecting species diversity and aboveground biomass. The increase of soil moisture and temperature had a significant inhibitory effect on the rate of nitrogen mineralization during the growing season. In summary,the expansion intensity of semi-shrubs and the changes of soil moisture and temperature during the growing season jointly drived the process of soil nitrogen mineralization in the typical steppe of the Loess Plateau.
