添加不同比例的氮硫对玉米秸青贮料营养价值的影响

摘要: 本试验采用4×4拉丁方设计,研究添加不同比例的氮和硫对青绿玉米秆青贮料营养价值的影响。结果表明:添加尿素(占干物质1.7%至4.3%)和硫酸盐(N:S为5:1至14:1),较对照粗蛋白含量(6.47%)增加3.42~6.01个百分点;氮存留率分别为71.92%和49.73%;有机物活体外消化率较对照(45.78%)提高4.80~13.44个百分点。同时,添加氮硫以后各处理真蛋白含量较高,氨基酸总量均值是原料中的2.16倍,是对照的2.21倍。

Abstract: Nutritive values of cornstalk silages with adding four N:S were investigated through a 4×4Latin design.Crude protein content of cornstalk silages treated with adding nitrogen (urea 1.7% to 4.3% on dry matter basis of corn stalk) and sulfur (N:S from 5:1 to 14:1) increased 3.42-6.01 percentage compared with control samples which had 6.47% crude protein content.The amount of nitrogen retented in the stalk was between 71.92% and 49.73% in treatments increased 4.86-13.44 percentage over that of the control.DE, ME increased 0.23-0.62 Mcal/kg and 0.19-0.56 Mcal/kg with these of the control were 1.78Mcal/kg and 1.34 Mcal/kg respectively.Simultanously, true protein content of treatments was higher, also,average quantities of total amino acids were 2.16 and 2.21 times over cornstalk before and after ensilaged.
