不同防霉剂对高水分苜蓿干草捆营养成分和抑菌效果的影响

Effects of Different Preservatives on Nutrient Composition and Bacteriostasis of High Moisture Alfalfa Bales

摘要: 为实现紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)在高水分时快速收获,本研究根据初期抑菌试验确定的三种防霉剂(丙酸钙、丙酸钠、双乙酸钠)比例添加到高水分(20%~25%)苜蓿草捆中,在打捆之后的第0d, 30d和60d进行分别取样,测定其营养成分、霉菌种类和数量。结果表明:苜蓿草捆在贮藏60d后,添加复合防霉剂的高水分处理组C3(0.2%丙酸钙+0.6%丙酸钠+0.2%双乙酸钠)、C5(0.3%丙酸钙+0.3%丙酸钠+0.3%双乙酸钠)和C6(0.3%丙酸钙+0.3%丙酸钠+0.4%双乙酸钠)能够有效抑制霉菌数量和种类。随着贮藏天数的增加,添加复合防霉剂C5和C6处理的苜蓿干草捆在粗蛋白质(Crude protein,CP)、中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber, NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。通过隶属函数综合评价表明,在贮藏60d后,C6处理组对高水分苜蓿草捆的综合价值最好。

Abstract: In order to harvest alfalfa hay at high moisture content, in this study three preservatives(calcium propionate, sodium propionate and Sodium diacetate propionate) were added to high moisture content (20%-25%) alfalfa bales according to the initial antimicrobial tests. Samples were taken at 0, 30 and 60 days after baling, and the nutritional quality, mold species and quantity were determined. The results showed that after 60 days of storage, C3 treatment (0.2% Calcium propionate+0.6% Sodium propionate+0.2% Sodium diacetate), C5 (0.3% Calcium propionate+0.3% Sodium propionate+0.3% Sodium diacetate), and C6 (0.3% Calcium propionate+0.3% Sodium propionate+0.4% Sodium diacetate) were all effective to inhibit the number and species of mold. With the increase of the storage days, the alfalfa bales treated with C5 and C6 were significantly better than CK (P < 0.05) in CP (Crude protein), NDF (Neutral detergent fiber) and ADF (Acid detergent fiber). After 60 days of storage, the C6 treatment group had the best comprehensive value for high moisture alfalfa bales.
