不同苜蓿品种主根受伤后同工酶变化

摘要: 研究根系发育能力不同的苜蓿品种在主根受到伤害时同工酶的变化规律。结果表明,主根受伤前,根系发育能力强、中和弱的无棣、陇东和北疆苜蓿,处理与对照间脂酶和超氧化物歧化酶同工酶无明显差异,根组织脂酶同工酶的酶带数多于叶片。根组织和叶片超氧化物歧化酶同工酶的酶带数相同。主根受伤后,无棣和陇东苜蓿根组织脂酶同工酶的酶带数均比对照多1个,但二者的变化方式不同。无棣苜蓿叶片脂酶同工酶的酶带数也多于对照,无棣和陇东苜蓿根组织超氧化物歧化酶同工酶的酶带数均比对照多2个,酶带出现的位置基本一致。结果表明,脂酶和超氧化物歧化酶同工酶与苜蓿侧根性状的基因表达有关。

Abstract: This experiments studies on the changes of plant isozyme of different alfalfa cultivars withdifferent root regeneration ability(RRA)before and after their taproot were pruned.The results are as follow:EST and SOD isozyme between treat and control within different cultivars have not obliously difference be fore their taproot were cut.The isozyme bands number in the root tissue are more than that in theleaf.SOD isozyme in the root tissue and leaf within between cultivars were same.‘Wudi’and ‘Longdong’alfalfa were added one EST bands in the root tissue compared with their control respectively after theirtaproot were cut,but the changing method of this two cultivars were different.‘Wudi’ alfalfa added oneEST isozyme bands in the leaf.‘Wudi’ and ‘Longdond’ alfalfa were added two SOD isozyme bands in theroot tissue compared with their control are have not anying change with EST and SOD isozyme of ‘Beijiang’alfalfa betweet treat and control after its taproot were cut.
