添加剂对苜蓿草渣青贮饲料品质的影响

Effects of Different Additives on the Silage Quality of Alfalfa Fibrous Residues

摘要: 为了研究不同添加剂对苜蓿草渣青贮饲料品质的影响,分别设置对照组、蔗糖(2%、3%、3.5%)、玉米粉(5%、7.5%、10%)、甲酸(0.2%、0.3%、0.4%)、乳酸菌(2.5g/t)、乳酸菌+蔗糖(2.5 g/t+2%、2.5 g/t+3%、2.5g/t+3.5%)、乳酸菌+玉米粉(2.5 g/t+5%、2.5 g/t+7.5%、2.5 g/t+10%)17个处理组,调制草渣青贮饲料。结果表明:草渣直接青贮饲料发酵品质较差;蔗糖、玉米粉和甲酸可以改善青贮饲料的发酵品质;单独添加乳酸菌不能提高青贮饲料品质;乳酸菌分别与蔗糖和玉米粉混合使用,与二者单独添加相比较,其青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养成分同样也未得到改善。

Abstract: Alfalfa fibrous residues(AFR) were ensiled with different additives,in order to study the effects of different additives on the silage quality of alfalfa fibrous residues.There were 17 treatments including control,sucrose(2%,3%,3.5%),corn flour(5%,7.5%,10%),formic acid(0.2%,0.3%, 0.4%),lactic acid bacteria(2.5 g/t),lactic acid bacteria + sucrose(2.5 g/t+2%,2.5 g/t+3%,2.5 g/t+3.5%) and lactic acid bacteria +corn flour(2.5 g/t+5%,2.5 g/t+7.5%,2.5 g/t+10%).The results show that the fermentation quality of control was poor;sucrose,corn flour and formic acid improved the fermentation quality;lactic acid bacteria did not improve the silage quality of the AFR silage;lactic acid bacteria combined with sucrose or corn flour didn’t improve the quality of AFR silage compared with the addition alone of sucrose or corn flour,respectively.
