抗氧化剂处理对不同劣变程度的羊草种子生理特性的影响

Effects of Antioxidants on the Physiological Characteristics of Leymus chinensis Seed with Different Deteriorated Levels

摘要: 以不同含水量(4%,10%,16%,22%,28%,34%,40%)的羊草(Leymus chinensis)种子为试验材料,经控制劣变(45℃,48 h),研究谷胱甘肽(GSH)和维生素C(Vc)2种抗氧化剂对羊草种子抗氧化酶系统及膜脂过氧化程度的影响。结果表明:抗氧化剂处理不能提高劣变羊草种子的发芽率,但浸种可以在含水量较高时缓解发芽率下降的速度;劣变处理后,随着含水量的升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性总体呈下降趋势;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量并非呈现单一线性变化趋势;抗氧化剂处理可以提高羊草种子中SOD活性,对CAT作用次之,不能提高POD活性,含水量较高(28%~40%)时用GSH溶液浸种甚至会抑制POD活性;GSH溶液浸种对羊草种子中MDA含量无显著影响,Vc溶液处理可以在不同含水量条件下(4%,16%,22%,40%)降低羊草种子中MDA含量。

Abstract: The effect of antioxidant on antioxidant enzyme activities and lipid peroxidation was studied using Leymus chinensis seeds with different moisture contents (4%, 10%, 16%, 22%, 28%, 34%, 40%) deteriorated by 45℃ for 48 hours. Results showed that external antioxidants were not able to increase the seed germination rate of deteriorated Leymus chinensis seeds, but can relieve the germination rate declined of Leymus chinensis seeds with high moisture content. After deterioration, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) declined with the increase of moisture content, whereas catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) did not present the linear change. Antioxidants increased the activities of SOD and CAT, and inhibited the activity of POD when soaking seeds using glutathione (GSH) under high moisture content (28%~40%). GSH had not significant influence on the MDA contents of Leymus chinensis seeds, whereas vitamin C reduced the MDA contents of deteriorated Leymus chinensis seeds under different moisture contents (4%, 16%, 22%, 40%).
