基于GGE双标图对苜蓿品种丰产性和稳定性综合评价

摘要: 为了解不同苜蓿(Medicago sativaL.)品种在宁夏南部山区的丰产性、稳产性,以及试点的代表性和区分力,本研究利用方差分析、GGE双标图模型对区域3个不同试点的6个苜蓿品种的产量进行分析。结果表明:苜蓿产量最高的试验区是原州区彭堡镇彭堡三队,最低的是隆德县关庄乡前庄村,前者比后者高43.7%;产量最高的品种是‘甘农7号’,最低的是‘阿尔冈金’,前者比后者高44.9%;联合方差分析显示,基因型与环境互作(G×E)、环境(E)、基因型(G)对品种产量影响显著(P<0.05),其中G×E是引起苜蓿产量差异的最主要原因,它引起的变异是E的1.19倍,是G的1.58倍。利用GGE双标图模型分析可知,高产稳产的品种是‘三得利’、‘苜蓿王’;3个不同区域可划分为2个生态区,原州区头营镇徐河村和原州区彭堡镇彭堡三队为1个,隆德县关庄乡前庄村为1个;综合代表性和区分力,较理想的试点为头营镇徐河村。

Abstract: In order to understand the yielding ability and yielding stability of different alfalfa varieties in the mountainous areas of southern Ningxia,as well as the representativeness and distinguishing power of the test regions,this study performed variance analysis and used the GGE biplot model to analyze the yields of 6 alfalfa varieties in 3 different test regions. The results showed that the experimental area with the highest yield of alfalfa varieties was Pengpu team 3 of Pengpu Town in Yuanzhou District,and the lowest was Qianzhuang Village of Guanzhuang Town in Longde County,and the former was 43.7% higher that the latter. The varieties with the highest and lowest yield were respectively ‘Gannong No.7’ and ‘Algonquin’,and the highest was 44.9% higher than the lowest. The joint analysis of variance showed that the interaction between genotype and environment (G×E),environment (E),and genotype (G) significantly affected alfalfa yields (P<0.05),among which G×E contributed the most to yield variations,causing 1.19 times as much variation as the environment and 1.58 times as much variation as the genotype. According to the GGE biplot model analysis,it was concluded that the high and stable varieties were ‘Sanditi’ and ‘Alfalfa King’;3 different regions can be divided into 2 ecological regions,the one was Xuhe Village of Tonying Town in Yuanzhou District and Pengpu team 3 of Pengpu Town in Yuanzhou District,the other was Qianzhuang Village of Guanzhuang Town in Longde County. Concerning the representativeness and distinguish power,the ideal test region was Xuhe Village of Tonying Town in Yuanzhou District.
