柱花草低落粒种质筛选及农艺性状综合评价

Selection of Germplasm With Low Seed Shattering Rate and Evaluation of Agronomic Traits of Stylosanthes

摘要: 为发掘柱花草(Stylosanthes guianensis)优异种质资源及其抗落粒品种选育,本研究以68份柱花草种质为试验材料,在2020—2021年间对落粒率等共9项农艺性状进行田间观测,采用SPSS 20.0数据分析软件对观测数据进行主成分、相关性和聚类分析,并运用隶属函数法对农艺性状进行综合评价。结果表明:9个农艺性状中主枝条数的变异系数最大,为67.2%。68份种质中,TF0027落粒率最低;TF0255落粒率最高;相关性分析显示,落粒率与小叶长呈极显著正相关(P < 0.01),与茎粗呈极显著负相关(P < 0.01);千粒重与茎粗呈显著正相关(P < 0.05),与落粒率呈显著负相关(P < 0.05),表明小叶越短,茎粗越大,落粒率越低,种子千粒重也越大。对9项农艺性状的聚类分析结果显示,68份种质被聚为5类。隶属函数分析表明,TF0275综合性状表现最优,各性状隶属函数均值为0.627。本研究为加快柱花草种质创新及抗落粒品种选育奠定了基础。

Abstract: To explore the excellent germplasm resources of Stylosanthes and the breeding of resistant varieties, in this study, 68 Stylosanthes accessions were selected and evaluated by 9 agronomic traits including shattering rate from 2020 to 2021. The principal component analysis, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis were conducted by SPSS 20.0, and the comprehensive evaluation of agronomic traits was carried out by using the subordinate function method. The results showed that among the 9 quantitative traits, the coefficient of variation of the number of main branches was the largest, which was 67.2%. TF0027 showed the best shattering resistance among 68 accessions, while the shattering rate of TF0255 was the highest. Correlative analysis indicated that seed drop rate was positively correlated with leaflet length (P < 0.01), seed drop rate was negatively correlated with stem diameter (P < 0.01), the thousand-grain weight was positively correlated with the stem diameter (P < 0.05), and the thousand-grain weight was negatively correlated with the shattering rate (P < 0.05). The shorter the leaflets were, the larger the stem diameter was, the lower the seed drop rate was, and the higher the seed yield was. Cluster analysis of 9 agronomic traits showed that 68 accessions were clustered into 5 groups. The subordinate function analysis showed TF0275 had the best comprehensive performance with a subordinate function value of 0.627. This study laid the foundation for accelerating the innovation of Stylosanthes germplasm and the breeding of resistant varieties.
