不同添加剂对中药渣青贮品质的影响

摘要: 为探究不同添加剂对中药渣(Chinese medicine residue,CMR)青贮品质的影响,将中药渣1(黄芪、山药与茯苓混合中药渣,CMR1)和中药渣2(柴胡中药渣,CMR2)用0.5%和1%葡萄糖(G)以及植物乳杆菌(Lactobacilusplantarum,LP)与酶[纤维素酶(Cellulase,CE)、果胶酶(Pectinase,PE)和木聚糖酶(Xylanase,XY)]分别组合添加的方式进行处理并设对照组,青贮34 d后取样分析中药渣的发酵品质与营养价值。结果表明:不同添加处理均降低了中药渣的pH值(P<0.05);与对照相比,1%G处理的CMR2显著增加了可溶性碳水化合物含量(P<0.05);LP与不同酶的组合处理降低了两种CMR的纤维素及氨态氮含量(P<0.05),LP+CE和LP+XY处理增加了CMR1的粗蛋白含量,同时LP+CE处理还显著减少了CMR1的氨态氮含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加不同浓度葡萄糖、LP与不同酶组合制剂均能改善CMR的青贮品质,LP与酶制剂组合添加还有助于改善两种CMR的蛋白质保存率。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of different additives on the quality of Chinese medicine residue (CMR) silage,Chinese medicine residue 1 (mixed traditional Chinese medicine residue of Astragalus membranaceus,Chinese yam and Poria cocos,CMR1) and Chinese medicine residue 2 (Chaihu traditional Chinese medicine residue,CMR2) were separately combined with 0.5% and 1% glucose (G),Lactobacillus plantarum (LP) and enzymes[cellulase (CE),pectinase (PE),and xylanase (XY)]. After 34 days of silage,samples were taken to analyze the fermentation quality and nutritional value of traditional Chinese medicine residue. The results showed that different addition treatments all reduced the pH of traditional Chinese medicine residue (P<0.05). Compared with the control,CMR2 treated with 1% G significantly increased soluble carbohydrates (P<0.05);The combination treatment of LP and different enzymes reduced the fiber content and ammonia nitrogen content of the two CMRs (P<0.05),while the LP+CE and LP+XY treatments increased the crude protein content of CMR1. At the same time,the LP+CE treatment also significantly reduced the ammonia nitrogen content of CMR1 (P<0.05). In summary,adding different concentrations of glucose,LP,and different enzyme combinations could improve the silage quality of CMR,and the combination of LP and enzyme preparations could help improve the protein preservation rate of the two CMRs.
