摘要: 建植人工草地是青藏高原地区治理草地退化的重要举措,为探明不同早熟禾属(Poa L.)人工草地土壤质量差异及其青藏高原地区土壤质量评估指标,本研究以青藏高原地区9个早熟禾属材料为研究对象,综合考虑19个土壤理化因子作为全数据集(TDS)进行描述性特征分析,利用相关性和主成分分析将指标分组以确定适宜的土壤质量因子,结合Norm值筛选土壤质量评价最小数据集(MDS),并计算了土壤质量(SQI)指数。发现MDS包括土壤pH值、电导率、土壤含水量、土壤三相结构距离、全碳、全氮、全磷、全钾和铵态氮。9种早熟禾人工草地土壤质量I-3-21-1>I-3-22-10>09-106>QC>09-004>QL>09-304>16-369>QB,SQI与早熟禾干草产量高度相关,表明该指数对评价青藏高原地区早熟禾生产具有较高的生物学意义,可以为青藏高原地区早熟禾评价及退化草地恢复提供理论依据。

Abstract: Planting artificial grassland is an important initiative to combat grassland degradation in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region. In order to explore the distinctions in soil quality of artificial grasslands of different Poa L. and the indicators for soil quality assessment in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region. In this study, we took nine Poa L. in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region as the research objects, comprehensively considered 19 soil physicochemical factors as the full data set (TDS) for descriptive characterization, grouped the indexes to determine the appropriate soil quality factors using correlation and principal component analysis, screened the minimum data set (MDS) for soil quality evaluation by combining with Norm values, and calculated the soil quality (SQI) indexes. It was found that MDS included soil pH, conductivity, soil water content, soil three-phase structural distance, total carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and ammonium nitrogen. The soil quality of the nine species of Poa L. artificial grassland I-3-21-1>I-3-22-10>09-106>QC>09-004>QL>09-304>16-369>QB, and SQI was highly correlated with the production of Poa L. in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region. The SQI was highly correlated with the hay yield, indicating that the index had high biological significance for evaluating the production of Poa L. in the Tibetan Plateau region, which could provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of Poa L. and the restoration of degraded grassland in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region.
