异时萌发对旱麦草属4种牧草生长与品质的影响

The Effect of Heterochronic Germination on the Growth and Quality of Four Forage Species in the Eremopyrum

摘要: 为探究旱麦草属(Eremopyrum)4种牧草春萌株与秋萌株生长与品质的差异,采用盆栽试验,测定生长与品质指标,并运用灰色关联法进行综合评价。结果发现:4种牧草秋萌株的茎粗、分蘖与地下生物量大于春萌株,秋萌毛穗旱麦草(E.distans)株高(9.13 cm)和生物量(地上鲜重为131.93 g·m-2,地下鲜重为202.95 g·m-2)最大;秋萌光穗旱麦草(E.bonaepartis)茎粗(2.22 mm)和分蘖数(3.68)最大;除毛穗旱麦草以外,其他3种牧草秋萌株的相对饲用价值均低于春萌株;秋萌旱麦草(E.triticeum)粗蛋白含量显著低于春萌株,其他3种牧草无显著差异;秋萌光穗旱麦草粗脂肪含量显著低于春萌株,其他3种牧草无显著差异;灰色关联度排序显示除毛穗旱麦草外,其他3种牧草春萌株的综合排名均高于秋萌株,春萌光穗旱麦草加权关联度最高,但关联度总体差异不大。旱麦草属4种牧草具有较优的品质,春萌株可在春季补饲中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: To explore the differences in growth and quality between spring-germinated plants and autumn-germinated plants of four forage Eremopyrum species,a pot experiment was conducted to determine various growth and quality indicators,and a comprehensive evaluation was conducted using the grey correlation method. The results showed that:(1) The stem diameter,tiller number,and underground biomass of four species in autumn-germinated plants were greater than those in spring-germinated plants,and autumn-germinated E.distans had the highest plant height (9.13 cm) and biomass (aboveground fresh weight:131.93 g·m-2. Underground fresh weight:202.95 g·m-2). The stem diameter (2.22 mm) and tiller number (3.68) of autumn-germinated E.bonaepartis are the highest. (2) Except for E.distans,the relative feed value of autumn-germinated plants of the other three forage grasses was lower than that of spring-germinated plants;the crude protein of autumn-germinated E.triticum was significantly lower than that of spring-germinated plants,and there was no significant difference among the other three forage grasses;the ether extract of autumn-germinated E.bonaepartis was significantly lower than that of spring-germinated plants,and there was no significant difference among the other three forage grasses. (3) The grey correlation ranking of spring-germinated plants is higher than that of autumn-germinated plants,except for the E.distans. The weighted correlation degree of spring-germinated E.bonaepartis is the highest,but the overall difference in the correlation degree of the four forage grasses is not significant. Four species of Eremopyrum have better quality,and especially the spring-germinated plants can play a greater role in supplementary feeding in spring.
