黄芪药渣与全株玉米混合青贮对饲料感官、发酵品质及营养成分的影响

Effects of Adding Astragalus Bunge Residue on the Sensory Evaluation, Fermentation Quality, and Nutritive Value of Whole-crop Corn Silage

摘要: 本试验探讨黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge)药渣和全株玉米(Zea mays L.)混合青贮对青贮饲料感官、发酵品质及营养成分的影响,旨在为黄芪药渣及其它中药渣饲料资源化应用提供新途径。共设4个混合水平,黄芪药渣分别占全株玉米鲜重的0%,5%,10%,15%。青贮饲料发酵240 d后,取样检测评定。结果表明:黄芪药渣和全株玉米混合青贮有利于改善青贮饲料的气味和结构;0%混合水平的饲料pH值、乙酸(Acetic acid,AA)和氨态氮(Ammoniacal nitrogen,NH3-N)含量显著高于其他混合水平(P<0.05);乳酸(Lactic acid,LA)含量显著低于其他混合水平(P<0.05);0%混合水平饲料粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)、磷(Phosphorus)含量显著低于其他混合水平(P<0.05),5%混合水平CP、粗脂肪(Ether Extract,EE)、P含量显著高于其它混合水平(P<0.05);随着混合水平升高,干物质(Dry matter,DM)、中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergen fiber,NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)含量显著升高(P< 0.05)。综上所述,5%混合水平饲料青贮品质较好。

Abstract: To utilize Astragalus Bunge residue and provide an application example of other herbal medicine residues,this study assessed the effects of adding Astragalus Bunge residue on the sensory evaluation,fermentation quality,and nutritive value of whole-crop corn silage. Four mixed levels were set,with the residue (water content 20%) consituting 0%,5%,10%,and 15% of the fresh matter weight of the whole-crop corn,respectively. The mixed silage was tested and evaluated after 240 days of fermentation. The results indicated that adding Astragalus Bunge residue to whole-crop corn improved the odour and structure of the mixed silage. The pH,acetic acid (AA),and ammoniacal nitrogen (NH3-N) contents of the silage at the 0% mixing levels were significantly higher than those of the 5%,10%,and 15% mixing levels (P<0.05),while the lactic acid (LA) contents were significantly lower (P<0.05). The crude protein (CP) and phosphorus (P) contents of silage at the 0% mixing level were significantly lower than those at the 5%,10%,and 15% mixing levels (P<0.05). The contents of CP,ether extract (EE),and P at the 5% mixing level were significantly higher than those at other mixing levels (P<0.05). The contents of dry matter (DM),neutral detergent fiber (NDF),and acid detergent fiber (ADF) were significantly increased with the rise in the mixing level (P<0.05). In conclusion,the silage quality at a 5% mixed level is superior.
