S-诱抗素对低温干旱复合胁迫下垂穗披碱草光合特征的影响

Effects of S-ABA on Photosynthesis Characteristic of Elymus nutans Under Combined Low Temperature and Drought Stresses

摘要: 为探究S-诱抗素(S-abscisic acid,S-ABA)对低温干旱复合胁迫下垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)光合特征的影响,以野生垂穗披碱草为研究材料,研究外源喷施S-ABA和内源ABA抑制剂(Fluridone)对低温干旱复合胁迫下垂穗披碱草形态、光合色素、光合参数、荧光参数和气孔状态的影响,旨在为垂穗披碱草非生物胁迫研究提供理论依据。结果表明,低温干旱复合胁迫显著降低了垂穗披碱草的光合色素含量和光合作用能力。喷施S-ABA显著增加了净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Ps)、气孔导度(Tr)、最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)和电子传递速率,降低了胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和非光化猝灭系数。此外,S-ABA还缓解了胁迫对叶片气孔状态的影响,改善了植物形态,促进株高、叶宽和相对含水量的增加,而Fluridone的应用减弱了这些积极效果。综上,S-ABA能够有效缓解低温干旱复合胁迫对垂穗披碱草光合作用的不利影响,这对于提高干旱寒冷地区牧草的生产效率具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of S-ABA (S-abscisic acid) on the photosynthesis characteristic of Elymus nutansunder combined low temperature and drought stresses. By using wild Elymus nutans as the study material, we investigated the effects of exogenous spraying of S-ABA and endogenous ABA inhibitor (Fluridone) on plant morphology, photosynthetic pigments, gas exchange parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, and stomatal state of Elymus nutans under combined low temperature and drought stresses, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for abiotic stress study of Elymus nutans. The results showed that the combined low temperature and drought stresses significantly decreased the content of photosynthetic pigments and photosynthetic capacity of Elymus nutans. The application of S-ABA significantly increased Pn, Gs, Tr, Fv/Fm, and ETR,and decreased Ci and NPQ. Additionally, S-ABA mitigated the effects of stress on leaf stomatal conductance, improved plant morphology, and promoted increases in plant height, leaf width, and relative water content, while Fluridone application attenuated these positive effects. In summary, S-ABA effectively mitigates the adverse effects of combined low temperature and drought stresses on the photosynthesis of Elymus nutans, providing crucial guidance for improving forage production efficiency in arid and cold regions.
