象草品种(系)的生产性能比较及区域越冬性研究

Comparative Study on Production Performance and Regional Overwintering Ability of Elephant Grass Varieties (Lines)

摘要: 筛选适宜成都平原及周边生态区种植的狼尾草属(Pennisetum)牧草品种,明确其生产性能、营养品质及抗寒性。以9个象草(P. purpureum)和杂交狼尾草品种(系)为材料,在崇州开展3年田间试验,测定农艺性状、产量、营养品质、越冬率及低温胁迫生理指标,结合隶属函数与灰色关联度分析进行综合评价。GMY的鲜草产量最高,为203 121 kg·hm-2,其次为CY1(183 138 kg·hm-2),第三为JMLC(168 798 kg·hm-2),CN005可溶性糖含量最高(91.19 mg·g-1),GM1粗蛋白(6.82%)和粗脂肪(1.03%)含量最高,营养品质最优;CY1在崇州、新津等低海拔地区越冬率达95%以上,四川美姑等高海拔凉山地区亦表现稳定,并且抗寒生理综合评价排名第一。GMY适合作为高产型品种推广,GM1适合青贮,CY1抗寒性强,适宜在西南冷凉山区推广。本研究为成都平原及类似生态区狼尾草的品种选择和抗寒机制解析提供了科学依据。

Abstract: To screen Pennisetum forage varieties suitable for cultivation in the Chengdu Plain and surrounding ecological zones and clarify their production performance, nutritional quality, and cold resistance, Using nine elephant grass and hybrid Pennisetum varieties (lines) as materials, a three-year field experiment was conducted in Chongzhou. Agronomic traits, yield, nutritional quality, winter survival rate, and physiological indicators under low-temperature stress were measured. Comprehensive evaluation was performed using the membership function method and grey correlation degree analysis. GMY had the highest fresh yield (203 121 kg·hm-2), followed by CY1 (183 138 kg·hm-2) and JMLC (168 798 kg·hm-2), respectively. CN005 had the highest soluble sugar content (91.19 mg·g-1). GM1 had the highest crude protein (6.82%) and crude fat (1.03%) content, indicating the best nutritional quality. CY1 achieved a winter survival rate of over 95% in low-altitude areas such as Chongzhou and Xinjin, and also showed stable performance in high-altitude cold areas such as Meigu, Sichuan, ranking first in the comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance physiology. GMY was suitable for promotion as a high-yielding variety, GM1 was suitable for silage, and CY1 possessed strong cold resistance, making it suitable for promotion in high-altitude areas. This study provides a scientific basis for variety selection and cold resistance mechanism analysis of Pennisetum in the Chengdu Plain and similar ecological zones.
