异质生境不同叶色羊草生殖生长规律的研究

Reproductive Growth Regulation of Leymus chinensis from Different Leaf Colors under Heterogeneous Habitats

摘要: 为深入了解不同叶色羊草(Leymus chinensis)的有性生殖生长规律,提高牧草草地生产实践提供科学依据,采用无样方采样法,对长岭、沽源和图牧吉天然草原不同土壤类型不同叶色羊草的生殖生长规律进行研究。结果表明:长岭、沽源和图牧吉天然草原异质生境不同叶色羊草穗与生殖分蘖株、穗长与穗重以及生殖生长比率与穗之间均具有y=axb幂函数变化规律,多数达到显著或极显著相关水平。回归方程中的b值分别表示生殖分蘖株穗重、穗长和生殖生长比率,随生殖分蘖株高度或生物量、穗长和穗重增加的增长速率;其中生殖生长比率随穗重和穗长的增长速率b分别为0.3834~0.977 %·g-1和0.0188~0.9696 %·cm-1,且生殖生长速率随穗长的变化速率b大于随穗重的变化速率。由此表明异质生境不同叶色羊草具有相同的有性生殖异速生长规律,但其生长速率存在较大可塑性变化。

Abstract: The reproductive growth regulation of Leymus chinensis with different leaf colors growing in different soil types of Changling, Guyuan and Tumuji natural meadows were studied using no-quadrat sampling method to understand the sexual reproduction of Leymus chinensis with different leaf colors and to provide a scientific basis for forage grass production. Results showed that panicle and reproductive tillers, panicle length and panicle weight, reproductive growth rates and panicle of all tested L. chinensis had a significant or high significant relationship and followed the change regulation of y=axb power function. Regression equation b value indicated the increase rate of the panicle weight, panicle length/reproductive growth ratio of reproductive tillers with the increase of the height or biomass, panicle length and panicle weight of reproductive tillers. The b values of reproductive growth rate with the increases of panicle weight and panicle length were 0.3834~0.977 %·g-1 and 0.0188~0.9696 %·cm-1, respectively. The b value was greater affected by panicle weight than by panicle length. It was suggested that the L. chinensis of different leaf colors had the same sexual reproductive regulation under heterogeneity habitats, but the change of the reproductive growth rate had greater plastically.
