青藏高原东缘高寒草甸草原牧草4种微量元素含量季节动态

Seasonal Dynamics of Four Trace Elements of Forage in Alpine Meadow on Eastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

摘要:

本研究测定了甘南桑科高寒草甸草地不同月份不同处理下牧草微量元素(锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu))含量及牧草生物量,对牧草微量元素的季节动态及其盈缺状况进行了分析,以期了解不同利用措施对草地牧草微量元素营养的影响。结果表明:同一处理下不同月份的牧草微量元素含量差异显著,具有明显的季节性,Mn,Fe,Cu含量季节动态为“V”字形,Zn含量大致呈“W”字形;同一月份不同处理的牧草的微量元素含量也有所不同,其含量大小为封育 >补播 >施肥 >放牧。除Cu外,其余3种微量元素含量均在放牧家畜的营养需要范围之内。

Abstract:

The contents of 4 trace elements (Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu) in forage and aboveground biomass of alpine meadow in Sangkok of Gansu Province were measured to explore the seasonal dynamic of trace elements and supply to livestock. The purpose of this study is to understand the effects on pastural nutrition under 4 treatments (enclosure, reseeding, fertilization and grazing). The results showed that the contents of trace elements showed a significantly different trend among different months and treatments. The contents of Mn, Fe, Cu showed a "V" variation pattern, but for Zn, it was a "W" pattern along with the season. The contents of Mn, Fe, Zn, Cu in the same month were also different with different treatments. The order was enclosure >reseeding >fertilization >grazing. Those treatments of non-grazing, reseeding and sward ripping, fertilizing for the natural grassland can availably improve the quality of herbage and make for the sustainable development of natural grassland. The supply of Mn, Fe and Zn, except Cu, is in the range of grazing livestock's demands.
