18个红砂家系的抗旱指标筛选与分析

Screening and Analysis of Drought Resistance Indexes for 18 Families of Reaumuria soongorica

摘要: 为筛选红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)家系抗旱性指标,以期为优良抗旱红砂家系选育及抗旱性评价提供依据,本研究在武威市凉州区建立试验地,以红砂家系(即5a、6a生红砂)叶片为试验材料,测定叶片中生理生化及叶绿素荧光等20个指标,连续2年研究红砂家系抗旱指标筛选及性状表现稳定性,选择和综合评价抗旱优良红砂家系。结果表明,试验测定的20个指标变异较大,且2017与2018年指标间测定数值稳定,最大荧光产量、稳态荧光产量、最大光合量子产量、叶绿素a、总叶绿素Chla+b、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等7个指标在18个红砂家系间存在较大的差异,为抗旱优良红砂家系的选择创造条件;应用综合评价方法,选择出了“小甘沟-3号”、“巴彦浩特3-4号”、“乌达-1号”、“泉眼山-2号”、“海石湾-1号”等5个优良抗旱家系。

Abstract: To explore the evaluation and identification of drought resistance indexes of Reaumuria soongorica,so as to provide basis for breeding of superior drought resistance families and drought resistance evaluation of Reaumuria soongorica, in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city,the experiment site was established for seeding raising. The leaves of Reaumuria soongorica families (i.e. 5a and 6a Reaumuria soongorica) were used as experimental materials to measure 20 indexes such as physiological and biochemical indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence in the leaves. For two consecutive years,the drought resistance index screening and stability of the characteristics of Reaumuria soongorica families were studied,and the Reaumuria soongorica families with excellent drought resistance were selected and comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the variation of 20 indexes determined by the test was large,and the measured values between 2017 and 2018 were stable. It was concluded that there were significant differences among 18 Reaumuria soongorica families in 7 indexes,such as maximum fluorescence yield (Fm),steady fluorescence yield (Fs),maximum photosynthetic quantum yield (QY),Chlorophyll a (Chl a),total Chlorophyll a+b (Chla+b),Soluble sugar (SS),and Soluble protein (SP),which created conditions for selection of Reaumuria soongorica families with excellent drought resistance. Using comprehensive evaluation methods,five excellent drought-resistant families were selected,including “Xiaogangou-3”,“Bayanhaote3-4”,“Wuda-1”,“Quanyanshan-2” and “Haishiwan-1”.
