复合发酵剂对葵花副产物发酵品质及瘤胃降解率的影响

摘要: 研究添加复合发酵剂对葵花(Helianthus annuus)副产物微贮营养品质、发酵品质和瘤胃降解率的影响。以葵花副产物为试验材料,采用单因素试验设计,试验分为2个处理,即对照(CK处理)和添加复合发酵剂(SY处理),复合发酵剂为:植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)9.3×105cfu·g-1,糖蜜3.57%,尿素0.3%,纤维素酶0.14%。发酵60 d后开袋进行营养、发酵品质、微生物数量和瘤胃降解率分析。结果表明:(1)SY处理的可溶性碳水化合物、干物质、粗蛋白、乳酸、氨态氮含量及乳酸菌数量显著高于CK处理(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量、pH值及霉菌和酵母菌数量显著低于CK处理(P<0.05)。(2)SY处理在24和48 h的干物质降解率和有机物降解率显著高于CK处理(P<0.05)。在葵花副产物微贮中添加复合发酵剂,能够显著改善发酵品质,促进反刍家畜利用。

Abstract: The effects of compound starter on nutrient quality,fermentation quality and rumen degradation rate of micro-storage silage of sunflower byproducts were investigated. In the investigation,the experiment was divided into two treatments,namely the control (CK) and the addition of compound fermentation agent (SY). The compound fermentation agent was:Lactobacillus plantarum 9.3×105cfu·g-1,molasses 3.57%,urea 0.3%,cellulase 0.14%,respectively. After 60 days of fermentation,the fermentation bags were opened for the analysis of nutrition,fermentation quality,microbial quantity and rumen degradation rate. The results showed as follows:(1) the contents of the water soluble carbohydrate (WSC),dry matter (DM),crude protein (CP),lactic acid (LA) and NH3-N and the number of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) of the silage under the SY treatment were significantly higher than those in CK treatment (P<0.05). The content of NDF and ADF,pH value and quantity of Mold and Yeast were significantly lower than those of CK treatment (P<0.05). (2) DMD and OMD of SY treatment at 24 and 48 h were significantly higher than those of CK treatment (P<0.05). It was concluded that the silage of sunflower byproducts under adding the compound starter could be significantly improved on its fermentation quality and be promoted its utilization by ruminants.
