高寒区燕麦蚕豆间作比例对光合特性及地上生物量的影响

Effects of Intercropping Ratio of Oat and Broad Bean on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Aboveground Biomass of Crops in Alpine regions

摘要: 为探究高寒地区燕麦(Avena sativa L.)和蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)间作比例对作物光合特性及地上生物量的影响,本研究以燕麦单作、蚕豆单作为参照,设置燕麦-蚕豆间作1∶1(YD11)、2∶1(YD21)、2∶2(YD22)、3∶1(YD31)、3∶2(YD32)共7种种植模式,对两种作物的生长指标、光合特性及地上生物量进行研究。结果表明,间作促进了燕麦的生长发育,但在一定程度上限制的蚕豆的生长。间作改善了燕麦的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度,并显著增加了燕麦的株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽和地上生物量,而间作蚕豆除株高外,其生长指标、光合指标和地上生物量总体上低于单作蚕豆。灰色关联度分析表明,YD11处理表现较好,在燕麦开花期加权关联度位次第一,燕麦乳熟期加权关联度位次第二,因此,高寒地区宜推广燕麦-蚕豆间作体系行比为1∶1。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of intercropping systems between oat (Avena sativa L.) and broad bean (Vicia faba L.) in high-altitude and cold regions on crop photosynthetic characteristics and aboveground biomass,this study used oat monoculture and broad bean monoculture as reference,and set up 7 planting modes of oat intercropping with broad bean,namely:1∶1 (YD11),2∶1 (YD21),2∶2 (YD22),3∶1 (YD31),and 3∶2 (YD32),to study the growth indicators,photosynthetic characteristics,and aboveground biomass of the two crops. The results showed that intercropping promoted the growth and development of oats,but to some extent limited the growth of broad beans. Intercropping improved the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO2 concentration of oats,and significantly increased the plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,and aboveground biomass of oats. However,after intercropping the broad beans,except for plant height,had overall lower growth indicators,photosynthetic indicators,and aboveground biomass than the monocultured. Grey correlation analysis shows that YD11 treatment performed well,ranking first in the weighted correlation degree during the flowering period of oats and second at the milky stage of oats. Therefore,it is recommended to promote the oat broad bean intercropping system in high-cold areas with a intercropping ratio of 1∶1.
