外源激素对草地早熟禾抗白粉病、叶表结构、光合特性的影响

Effects of Exogenous Hormones on Resistance to Powdery Mildew and Structure of Leaf Surface and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Poa pratensis

摘要: 为探讨外源6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-benzylaminopurine hydrochloride,6-BA)、赤霉素(Gibberellic acid,GA3)对白粉菌的抗病效果,本试验以草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)幼苗为材料,先行喷施外源6-BA和GA3,再接种106个分生孢子·mL-1的白粉病菌(Erysiphe graminis DC.ex Merat)悬浮液。统计其发病率,病情指数;测定光合特性、气孔等指标。结果表明:外源6-BA,GA3均可提高草地早熟禾抗白粉病性,随着处理浓度增加病情指数、发病率、气孔长度和Ci均呈先降低后上升趋势,Pn,Gs,Tr均呈先升高后降低趋势。当A2处理'优异'抗病效果达到41.41%,'公园'抗病效果达到31.44%;气孔开度最大,气孔长度、气孔长宽比、胞间CO2浓度下降最多,Pn,Gs,Tr增加最多。抗病效果与Pn,Gs,Tr呈极显著正相关。外源激素促进蒸腾和气孔开放,增强捕捉和利用光能的能力,进而维持草地早熟禾在白粉病菌胁迫下的正常生长发育,提高抗病能力。

Abstract: To investigate the mechanism of resistance of 6-benzylaminopurine hydrochloride(6-BA),Gibberellic acid(GA3) to powdery mildew,the seedlings of Poa pratensis were first treated with 6-BA and GA3,then inoculated with the suspension of 106 conidia·mL-1 powdery mildew fungi (Erysiphe graminis DC.ex Merat) in this experiment. The incidence and disease index were calculated,and the photosynthetic characteristics and stomatal. The results showed that spraying exogenous 6-BA and GA3 could improve powdery mildew resistance of Kentucky bluegrass. With the increase of treatment concentration,the disease index,incidence,stomatal length and Ci were firstly decreased and then increased,while Pn,Gs and Tr were firstly increased and then decreased. When A2 treatment 'Merit' disease resistance effect reached 41.41%,'Park' disease resistance effect reached 31.44%;Stomatal opening reached the maximum,stomatal length,stomatal length-width ratio and intercellular CO2 concentration decreased the most,while Pn,Gs and Tr increased the most. There was a significant positive correlation between the resistance effect and values of Pn,Gs and Tr. Exogenous hormones promoted the transpiration and stoma aperture,enhance the ability to capture and utilize light energy,thus maintaining the normal growth and development of Kentucky bluegrass under the stress of powdery mildew,and enhance the ability of resistance to injury by powdery mildew.
