仿生草垫对高原矿山生态修复应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Bionic Turf on the Ecological Restoration of High-altitude Mines

摘要: 植被生境极易受高原矿区开采的影响,从而引起草地生态恶化。为构建绿色生态修复体系并探索新技术的应用潜力,本研究以仿生草垫为试验材料,设置试验组(使用仿生草垫)和对照组(不使用仿生草垫),通过测定植物株高、根长、干重、鲜重、盖度和分蘖数等生长指标,以及土壤和微生物相关指标,揭示仿生草垫对青藏高原高寒矿区生态修复的影响。结果显示:仿生草垫生态修复技术有效促进植物生长,与对照组相比植株株高、分蘖数、植被盖度、根长及植物鲜干重分别提高了378.9%,852.9%,219.9%,229.8%,397.4和218.0%(P<0.05);仿生草垫应用下,土壤养分含量(有效氮,有效磷和有机碳)较对照组均有明显升高;仿生草垫有效提高拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)数目。基于对高原矿区修复效果和经济效益的综合分析,仿生草垫不仅能有效促进植被生长,还能降低经济成本,对高原矿山生态修复具有良好的生态和经济效益。

Abstract: Vegetation habitats are highly susceptible to the mining activities which lead to the deterioration of grassland ecology in high-altitude mining areas. Constructing a green ecology with new technologies is an important engineering task that urgently needs to be addressed. This study used bionic turf as the experimental material for the test group, and a control group did not use bionic turf materials. By evaluating growth indicators such as plant height, root length, dry weight, fresh weight, coverage, and tiller number, as well as soil and microbial-related indicators, the study revealed the impacts of bionic turf on the ecological restoration of the cold mining areas in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. The results showed that the ecological restoration technique of bionic grass mat effectively promoted plant growth, and plant height, tiller number, vegetation cover, root length and plant fresh dry weight increased by 378.9%, 852.9%, 219.9%, 229.8%, 397.4 and 218.0%, respectively, compared with that in the control group (P<0.05); the soil nutrient content (AN, AP and SOC) were significantly higher than those in the control group; the bionic grass mats effectively increased the number of Bacteroidota dominant bacteria and Ascomycota phylum. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the restoration effects and economic benefits of the plateau mining area, the bionic grass mat effectively promoted the growth of vegetation, reduced the economic cost, and had good ecological and economic benefits for the ecological restoration of plateau mines.
