紫花苜蓿种子包衣材料筛选及其对种子萌发影响

Screening of Alfalfa Seed Coating Materials and Theirs Effect on Seed Germination

摘要: 本研究采用4种粘着剂(黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠)与3种填充材料(生物炭、硅藻土、凹凸棒土)及其复配组合,通过种子萌发试验,进一步系统地筛选出适用于紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)种子萌发和幼苗生长的包衣配方。结果表明,1.0%聚乙烯醇为粘着剂、生物炭与凹凸棒土为填充材料按1∶4比例复配(20%生物炭+80%凹凸棒土)的包衣配方显著提升了紫花苜蓿种子萌发和幼苗生长,且优于其他处理组。该优选配方为进一步开发紫花苜蓿复合微生物包衣剂研制提供了理论依据和物质基础。

Abstract: In this study, 4 kinds of adhesives (xanthan gum, arabic gum, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) and 3 kinds of filling materials (biochar, diatomite, attapulgite) and their combination were used to further systematically screen out the coating formula suitable for seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) through seed germination test. The results showed that the coating formula with 1.0% polyvinyl alcohol as adhesive, biochar and attapulgite as filling materials at a ratio of 1∶4 (20% biochar+80% attapulgite) significantly improved the seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa, and was superior to other treatment groups. The optimized formula provides a theoretical basis and material basis for the further development of alfalfa composite microbial coating agent.
